how to overcome regular arguments of your parents

How to overcome the depression caused by regular argument of your parents 

Not every kid is fortunate to get the parents who love each other . And these type of kids experience depression and couldn't concentrate properly . SO WHAT TO DO? 

By doing the following stuff you could get the calm and peace:


FIGHTING PARENTS


Step1:
Listening to music may calm you. 
The music soothes your mind and makes you feel calmer.

Step2:

Going out for a walk.
A walk may divert your mind it may cool your inner atmosphere.


Step3:

Sitting alone for a while.
Sitting alone  on the roof or your balcony may calm your mind and make you happy 😄



Step4:

Dancing makes you feel fresh and happy .



Step5:



Hanging out with bffs .

Being with your bffs makes you more fun and helps to feel happy and good .
